Cancellation Policy
I know things come up. Kindly allow 24 hours to cancel appointments. If adequate time is not provided, Studio XI XI reserves the right to charge 50% cancellation fee of booked service(s). If the appointment is a “no show”, Studio XI XI will charge 100% of scheduled service(s). Thank you for understanding.
